Graveside services for Mrs. Frances Gimble McAdams, age 89, of
Dallas are scheduled for 3:45 P.M. Saturday in the New Harmony
Cemetery near Tyler. Mrs. McAdams died Wednesday, May 19, 2004.
Mrs. McAdams volunteered for service with the Women Air Force
Service Pilots Organization (WASP) and graduated from the Class
44W-10. She was formerly of Tyler and Austin before moving to
Dallas.
She is survived by her Husband, Lonnie McAdams of Dallas; a Son &
Daughter-in-law, James "Jim" Kendoll & Patricia McAdams of
Fruitvale; Granddaughter, Emily Grace McAdams of Fruitvale; 2
Sisters, Josephine Gimble Parker & Lucille Gimble, both of Tyler;
3 Brothers & Sister's-in-law, Eugene P. Gimble of California,
Jerry & Gladys Gimble of Tyler, and John Paul & Barbara Gimble of
Austin; and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:30 P.M. to
8:30 P.M. at the funeral home in Lindale.
