Total funding needed for the completion (and continuation) of the Wings Across America
Digital Archive--including an online VIRTUAL MUSEUM, is $1,500,000. WHY? Because technology changes--along with
the sheer man (and woman) hours needed to edit and design cutting edge
pages for each WASP.
This is the
funding needed to give EVERY WASP the opportunity to participate
(presently, there are less than 300 surviving WASP). Actual costs may be less depending on the final
number of WASP who participate. Every WASP is over 85 years old. |
|
Naming opportunities $200,000 to establish the digital museum or video archives, to
$300,000 to establish one digital kiosk.
